As a Surface Medic franchise owner you’ll be in charge of running your own business that provides a professional hard surface repair & restoration service to your territory. You’ll be given all the training, tools and support you need allowing you to comfortably manage your business from the comfort of your own van. We’ve employed experienced individuals that you can freely work alongside and they can show exactly how to set up, run and continue to grow your business. In addition to this, the market potential for your business will be vast as anyone who is a property owner will be a potential customer, i.e. home owners, hotels, construction sites, letting agents and so many more.

Being a part of the Surface Medic team means that we can provide extensive and expert resources to train our franchisees professionally and support the growth of their business. With our in-house national training centre we provide a four week training course to teach you everything you need to know to perfect the art of surface repairs. We provide a tried and tested framework on which to build your business and you’ll get all the support you’d expect and more.

We’ll be with you every step of the way and showing how to deal with all aspects of your business from product training, administration and customer care through to how to increase your businesses growth. In addition to this we offer a dedicated call centre which can handle all enquiries from centrally deployed jobs, in addition to completing online promotion for yourself including your own area on our professional website. That’s not all we’ll actively assist you in developing and distributing your Surface Medic franchise to homes, businesses and property owners within your agreed territory.

Our assistance will range from helping you, estimate jobs, work with potential clients as well as advertising and promoting your business through networking events, social media, online support and catalogue/leaflet drops. As a business we are constantly working alongside different companies who would like to use Surface Medic’s services which means we can add an additional revenue stream to your business with jobs from our national clients too.

From your perspective you’ll be the complete owner of the business which means you’ll need to manage the responsibilities that come with it.
