The training we provide at Surface Medic is without a doubt one of the most important aspects of our package. Learning how to perfect your craft as part of the Surface Medic team will be crucial to the success of your business. Carrying out restoration work on damaged surfaces is an art form and as part of our training we will ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools you’ll need to carry out any job that you encounter.

Based in Inverness is our state of the art training centre, where each of our franchisees undergo a four week training course which covers all the aspects of surface repairs. Alongside this we will provide the support you need to help set-up your business to get you up and running as soon as possible.

The training we provide focuses on the practical side of surface repairs, it’s here you will be mentored by one of the best restoration experts in the entire industry, each day you will focus on expanding your knowledge on how to repair different surfaces using our trademark tools and techniques. Our training commitment to you provides a flexible format where you can learn each module at your own pace whilst accompanying our team of technicians on real life jobs.

It doesn’t end there because at Surface Medic we will continue to provide life-time support to our franchisees. If that means you’d like to shadow an existing franchisee to continue learning or want more support in helping to develop your business then we are more than happy to work with you. We’ll also provide practical assistance during your first few months of trading with promotional material, digital marketing, social media support and mentoring from qualified and experienced internal consultants.

On an ongoing basis our head office team will handle calls from all our centrally deployed jobs that you may be working on. Essentially what this means is that you can spend more time focusing on your business, instead of taking time off to deal with the admin duties. We will also promote your business on our professional website and train you to create and manage high quality social media campaigns across the most popular networks.

As we’ve mentioned previously we have a professional franchise team at our head office based in Lancashire. This team is headed up by our Managing Director, Angela Heaton and consists of experienced sales, marketing, and networking personnel who are available all year round. We like to think of ourselves as a family because as we continue to grow, our franchisees grow with us.

We honestly believe that every franchisee regardless of where they are based can turnover a minimum of £40,000 in year one alone. The best part is that you don’t need to be an exceptional sales person or performer, all you need to do is replicate what we teach you during training. It’s as simple as that.
